New Theme Editor & Builder

Back in March, we put out a call looking for suggestions and designers to improve our already professional looking proposals. We had hundreds of votes for different proposal designs. You gave us incredible feedback and, for months, we’ve been working on the right recipe of design and usability just for you. Finally, yesterday we rolled it out!

Check out the new editor by clicking “change design” in the templates section. (It’s very similar to what you see in the Proposal Templates section.) Now, you can create proposals with a completely new web theme look, without taking up a lot of your precious time.

Auto-email of Proposal Expiration Date to Clients

Yes, of course we are impatient and always looking for new ways to help remind your clients that your time and services are valuable. If you choose to give your business proposal an expiration date, 3 days before the deadline, your clients will now receive an automatic email reminding them. It’s our way to help you follow up without the risk of seeming like you’re nagging.
