Presenting Our Newest Integrator: Insightly Small Biz CRM

We heart our integration partners! They allow us to offer a more complete service to you so you can more completely service your clients. Client resource management (CRM) especially allow you to keep track of all your contact with your customers and then you can send them business proposals that are perfectly tailored to their needs.

Today we introduce our newest integration partner Insightly, the number-one small business CRM. This integration allows Quote Roller and Insightly users to sync their Insightly contacts into their Quote Roller account. How?

1. Go into your Insightly account. Click on the Settings button in the upper-right corner.

 

 

 

 

2. Click on the Users Setting tab.

3. Scroll down to find your API key,

4. Next, go into your Quote Roller account Settings (upper righthand corner.) Scroll down to integrations.

5. Find lovely Insightly logo and button.

6. Configure your Quote Roller account to be integrated with Insightly. Copy/Paste the API key in the box shown below. Then, hit Save.

7. If all is done correctly, you will receive the message below, verifying that the two accounts have integrated.

8. Finally, hit the  button. You’ll receive an email from Quote Roller, once all syncing is finished.

 

That’s it in a nutshell. Remember, if you have any questions, your customer success reps can’t wait to talk to you, 24 hours a day, five days a week. Simply click  in the upper righthand corner of your Quote Roller account and say Hi!
