Jennifer Riggins: Could you please briefly introduce yourself and tell us what your business is about?

Tony Portela: I am a serial IT executive/entrepreneur with a need and desire to leverage technology in ways that push borders, make the impossible possible, and on a budget.

Our company was started to solve one problem; bring IT solutions built for Multi-Million dollar companies to the rest of the normal business world. Our white-glove approach to bringing these solutions makes adopting them — without any internal IT team — a reality. Our focus on customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and our reputation in this space is spreading like wildfire.

Jen: Why did you start it? What makes it unique?

Tony: I wanted to bring a company to the “scene” which was able to talk business, but bring complex IT solutions to the average CEO/Business owner, along with impact to the bottom line.

Jen: What do you love about being an entrepreneur?

Tony: Freedom to change direction, to follow the economy and latest trends.

Jen: How do you envision success?

On Top CorporateTony: Success is built into every relationship that we create, if a customer “feels” special for picking us, and being a GREAT decision maker, then we have been successful. We have never been the cheapest service company on the block, but the feeling we leave behind with our white-glove approach to customer relations is typically unheard of in our industry.

Jen: How did you hear about Quote Roller? Why did you decide to try our app?

Tony: Good old Google search, I hate to re-market one of the most prolific brand on earth, but I was looking for something that met my “needs”, and made me feel good for making my decision.

Tony: We have seen an enormous trend toward growth, and the ability to re-word an agreement while sitting in a meeting with a prospective client is priceless. (We love this!) It has brought our closing cycles down tremendously due to this very fact.
