The Quote Roller app seamlessly turns a business proposal into an invoice from Xero. And why? Because we like to get you paid quickly and we like to tell you about our rockin’, ever-growing list of integration partners. Bonus, we use Xero too! The crazy Quote Roller team uses Xero because we LOVE life in the Cloud and we have staff around the world — from San Fran to Minsk to Barcelona to a CEO that’s in a different country every time we talk — and Xero allows us to do what we need to do from anywhere, even with lovely Maya in our laps. Zlata our fab, but first-time bookkeeper chose to switch to Xero about eight months ago because the Help Center answers all her questions, the one-click reconciling with our bank “rules,” and she can keep track of our different categories within Xero to balance our whole budget, while the rest of the team heads keep track of their own expenses. She says that, since she’s a full-time mom she really appreciates how Xero is such a time-saver. Plus, we love that it integrates right in with our own Quote Roller sales proposals! Read more
Let’s be serious, if you’re selling a product or service but not selling it online, you’re living in the Dark Ages, missing out on even the possibility of many clients. I never cease to be amazing at how many of our wonderful, forward-thinking clients don’t even have websites or social media (or websites that list contact info and social media.) At the bare minimum, you need to have an online presence. But even better is to have a way to sell online.
Now, right within your business proposal software, you have a way to get paid online, too. Last week, we were super excited to announce that all Quote Roller subscriptions now come equipped with PayPal.
Our developers worked really hard with PayPal’s developers to make sure that this integration was seamless, quick and easy to use. PayPal becomes that final step you needed to integrate everything within Quote Roller, from client information and contact management to easy-breezy business proposal creation, tracking and signing to now getting paid. (Because, as much as you love what you do, it’s the money that keeps your business going and growing.)
Every business has customer relationships to manage. How do you manage the relationship with someone you met at a trade show, or at Starbucks? What about a customer who has been loyal for five years?
While you might be able to manage a few contracts’ worth of contacts on your own, over time you need a tool to help you keep track of them all. Running a business without a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution means you are likely relying on a combination of assorted proposal templates, chaotic email threads and crossed fingers to manage business development.
The fact is, sales habits are changing and you need a tool to meet these new needs. As sales teams become mobile, using both private and company devices, in and out of the office, we’re often left with a fragmented customer view.
A robust, post-PC CRM like Base changes all of that. It keeps all tasks, documents and contacts associated with a deal in one central location so your team can spend more time winning business and less time trying to stay organized. A great mobile CRM allows you to access all of your data no matter what device you’re working on.
We are always excited to continue to grow our partnerships with different cloud-based apps that help us better serve our rockstar customers so you can then in turn better serve your customers. Today, we’re introducing you to Base Sales and Customer Relationship Manager. Base, just like us, works to streamline the workflow of both internal and external sales teams as well as small businesses.
For most companies, it doesn’t do any good having your sales folks sitting at the office logging all those copious notes we keep reminding you about, taking tedious time to type in client data, social networks, contact info, etc. all the time. It also won’t do to have more than one member of your team bugging the same client. By using Base CRM, you can stop wasting time and even increase your productivity by keeping sales processes transparent and accountable, assigning different team members different tasks.
We are always looking for new ways to interact with our customers and those in the entire business proposal and sales world. We are focused on helping you add value to your service and get more out of your entire client lifecycle, from leads to sales to signature, all in an effort toward greater customer loyalty.
With that, we are inviting you to join us Wednesday June 5 at 1900 EST (1600 PST) for a free webinar on How to Automate Your Client Lifecycle. And, if you join, you’ll not only learn lots of really cool stuff, but you’ll also get a free six-week trial to our integrators AffinityLive CRM and Saasu online accounting software. When you integrate them with Quote Roller, your service becomes organized, automated, cloud-based and simply better for your clients.
Check out after the bump to learn more about the webinar and its hosts, and the great deal they’re offering you!
We are increasingly visual beings. We like to see and touch things in 3-D to make the most tangible creative experience possible. So then we lose it when we go to the increasingly frequently used two-dimensional world, right? We don’t have to if you make your virtual world tangible through an online whiteboard.
We at Quote Roller are working hard to not only make our service as valuable for you as possible, but to point out products, advice, services and ideas that we value, too. With offices in Minsk, San Fran, Barcelona, and New York, we use RealtimeBoard to push for better creativity and collaboration. That’s why we asked them to write a guest blog to introduce themselves to you.
If the heart of your business is your team, clients, work and communication, then cloud is the only way to go. Recent studies have shown that not only do cloud-based platforms organize key company information, but are shown to be business enablers.
This week we have a guest blog from one of our integration partners AffinityLive, written by their communications and social media manager Sarah Khogyani. AffinityLive is an all-in-one CRM, project management, time billing and invoicing platform.
In fact, cloud-based software services have become a precedent for small businesses in industries including: consulting, web development & design, marketing & SEO, IT, accounting, legal practice, HR & recruiting, governmental agencies, non-profit orgs, PR & marketings, and any other industry that uses sales proposals, CRM and eSignatures.
