Quote Roller can send the links to sales quotes to your CRM if the CRM system you use has email dropbox. All major CRM systems have email dropbox. Email dropbox is a unique address assigned to your account. All the messages BCC-ed to email dropbox are being attached to your CRM account, contacts, opportunities or leads helping you to keep all the conversations organized.

In order to integrate Quote Roller and your CRM, navigate to your settings and locate the email dropbox settings and enter your credentials in the upper right hand corner of the interface. Here you will find “Bcc outgoing emails to the following address”. Paste your CRM dropbox email here to Bcc all emails to your CRM dropbox account.
