Client Tales: All Geek Media Teaches the Value of a Customer’s Happiness

Today we’re talking to All Geek Media, a full-service creative agency that loves providing quality web-based work to their clients. Like most startups, they are a team in transition, formally known as Web Gravity, this Orlando-based team are transitioning from serving customers in the programming and development side to All Geek Media, which focuses on the design and marketing side. This passionate team tells us about how they went from blog to full-grown startup and how, if you like what you do and your customers like what you do, that’s all you need.

Jennifer Riggins: Why did you start it? What makes it unique?

All Geek Media

James Lenhart: We started this company because we really liked being a part of technology. It was initially a blog, and has now turned into a fully integrated creative company. I guess you could say we are unique because of our team. We have a really amazing, passionate team that really cares about what they do.

Jen: What made you change your business’ name and focus?

James: We changed the name because we were never settled on Web Gravity. Also, you tend to think differently about an industry once you are actively in it for years. Our company is just the product of time and refining. We didn’t know that digital media would be what it is today. The web is everywhere.

Jen: What do you love about being an entrepreneur?

James: Being open. For the most part (when I’m not in a meeting), I am open to try new ideas. I love how this “job” allows my team and I to connect with numerous types of businesses across the country. You really become a part of each company. A vital
part.

Jen: How do you envision success?

James: Is the client happy? Are we happy? If the answer to both those questions is yes, then I’ve done my job. I relax more when I know I’ve made my clients happy.

Jen: How did you hear about Quote Roller? Why did you decide to try our app?

James: Not sure honestly. I’ve been a member for a very long time. I was using the free (at the time) subscription. We outgrew it pretty fast. Really glad I upgraded. Clients love it.

Jen: How does Quote Roller help your business?

James: As I mentioned earlier, Quote Roller helps my business by keeping things out-in-the-open. It allows my clients to see the proposal, and even build it themselves using the optional items. It saves a lot of time too, but that wasn’t my biggest concern. The proposals through your system make our company look very professional, and we’ve received many comments about the proposals. Even had one client ask if we made the software. I pointed him in your direction!

Jen: What would you tell your friends about Quote Roller?

James: My friends wouldn’t use it, but my colleagues might. Either way, I would totally tell them that it’s really freakin’ cool.

Jen: Have you seen any winning rate increases? Any other delightful numbers?

James: Sorry, I pretty much started using you guys since the real launch of our company. We close a lot of deals though.
